I started Langhorne Associates in 1984. Since then, I have had the privilege to work with leaders and managers in more than 300 private-sector companies as well as many nonprofits and public-sector organizations. I have experience in a wide variety of companies and 25+ years of knowledge of effective practices.

Throughout my career, I have written dozens of short, explicit articles about leadership, management, organizations and personal development for my clients and as a columnist for the Corridor Business Journal.
