Recently Gallup, the master pollsters, released a two-page study of 1.5 million employees asking: How has the economic downturn affected the use of engagement in the workplace?  The striking results are shown in a simple graph.  It works.

To develop engaged employees, understand and use the four types of organizational decision making:

  • Authoritarian
  • Authoritative
  • Consultative
  • Consensual

There are a couple of ways that people can subscribe to this blog. Click the “+ Follow” link on the bottom right section of the site and enter your email address.
